Student registry office
The Student Registry Office manages, from an administrative point of view, the careers of students from enrolment to graduation.
It provides information on the bureaucratic formalities for:
- pre-enrolment
- enrolment
- incoming or outgoing transfers
- transfer from/to another UNIPR degree course
- withdrawal from a course
- suspension of studies
- programme of study
- fees and contributions
- students' careers
- graduation procedure
- enrolment in individual courses
Students can manage various aspects of their university career online via the Online Student Registry Office

Opening hours:
Student registry offices receive by appointment on the following days and in the following manner:
- Monday: remote reception, via teams only, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
- Tuesday: at the student secretarial offices, from 12.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
- Thursday: at the student secretarial offices, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
