The University of Parma has prepared some rules of conduct for and workers in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08.
Mandatory training for female students on workplace safety
Mandatory training on safety in the workplace of female students and students enrolled in Science Departments. In compliance with the combined provisions of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Region Agreement of 25/07/2012, the University is required to provide training to all workers on safety in the workplace.
All "students of university courses, doctoral students, postgraduate students, trainees, scholarship holders and their equivalents when they attend teaching, research or office laboratories in which machines, apparatus and work equipment in general, chemical, physical and biological agents are used" are considered workers for all purposes.
In order to optimize a training project of such complexity, in addition to the safety training that is already carried out within the single degree course units, it was deemed appropriate to make use of e-learning training technologies. Therefore, an online training course divided into three parts was created:
- Module 1:general training (4 hours) - general content, common to all categories of students;
- Module 2:specific low-risk training (4 hours) - specific content for categories of students with low risk profile;
- Module 3:specific medium-risk training (4 hours) - specific content for categories of students with medium risk profile.
- Module 4: fspecific training for Department of Veterinary Science degree courses
